In 2006, 5,000 Harley-Davidson® Owners Group members rumbled into Killarney for their annual European H.O.G.™ Rally and the town hasn’t been the same since! The people of Killarney fell head-over-wheels in love with the motorcycle community and so, in 2007, Destination Killarney Ltd, in association with the Gleneagle Hotel, created the town’s own annual biker festival building on the success and goodwill generated by the HOG™ Rally. Supported by Harley-Davidson®, Gleneagle Hotel and Fáilte Ireland it is Ireland’s only free open biker festival. This motorcycle and music extravaganza takes place annually in the picturesque tourist town across Ireland’s June Bank Holiday weekend. Now Killarney is on everyone’s “ride it” list! Breath-taking scenery in abundance, the friendliest people everywhere and one of the best and largest motorcycle festivals on the European touring riders circuit happens here every year.
